I am an international law scholar, Associate Professor, and postdoctoral research fellow specializing in international public law, human rights, and the legal regulation of emerging technologies. I hold three doctoral-level qualifications: a Ph.D. in International and European Law from Kazan Federal University (2021) and Ural State Law University (2020), a Doctorate in Public International Law and International Relations from the University of Seville (2023, with distinction), and completed Ph.D. research in Linguistics at the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2022).

I bring over a decade of academic experience across Russia, Spain, the United States, and Brazil. My current research examines medical AI, the standard of care, and patient safety in European Union tort law. I am the author of four monographs and more than thirty-seven scholarly articles on minority language rights, international human rights doctrine, and language legislation.

Deeply committed to both rigorous scholarship and accessible teaching, I combine my expertise in law and linguistics to mentor the next generation of legal professionals and scholars worldwide.
