I am an international law scholar and language teacher specializing in international public law, human rights, and the legal regulation of emerging technologies.

I recently completed an appointment as Associate Professor at Brasília University Centre (CEUB) (June 2025–June 2026).

I hold three doctoral-level qualifications, including a Doctorate in Public International Law and International Relations from the University of Seville (2023, with distinction).

My current research examines medical AI, the standard of care, and patient safety in European Union tort law. I am the author of four monographs and more than thirty-seven scholarly articles on minority language rights, international human rights doctrine, and language legislation.
