Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please use the booking confirmation link whenever possible.
Payments & Refunds
Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. Package lessons must be used within the agreed period.
Online Lessons
Lessons are delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Please join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection.

Information shared through booking, email, or lessons is used only to arrange and deliver services. Client materials are treated confidentially. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
