Terms of Service

1. Services

I offer language lessons, academic coaching, intensives, courses, consultations, and related educational support as described on this website. Services are typically delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Details (duration, price, format) are shown at booking or confirmed in writing.

Nothing on this website creates a solicitor–client relationship or constitutes legal advice. Legal English lessons teach language skills; they are not legal representation.

2. Booking and payments

• Bookings are made through Cal.com (or another method I confirm).
• Payment may be required at booking via Stripe or another processor linked to the calendar.
• Prices and package conditions are those stated at the time of purchase.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.

3. Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

• Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Prefer the booking confirmation link when available.
• Missed sessions, or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, are non-refundable.
• Package lessons must be used within the agreed period stated at purchase (or otherwise confirmed in writing).
• If I cancel a session, you will be offered a reschedule or a refund for that session.

4. Online lessons

Please join from a quiet place with a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone where required. Late arrival may shorten the session without extending it. Recording is not permitted unless both parties agree in advance.

5. Client responsibilities and confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials you provide. I treat client materials and lesson discussions as confidential and use them only to deliver the service, except where disclosure is required by law. You must not share lesson materials I provide beyond personal study use without permission.

6. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal and professional inquiry. You must not misuse the contact form (spam, abusive content), attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content in a way that harms the service. Site content is protected by copyright and related rights.

7. Third-party services

Booking, payment, email delivery, hosting, fonts, and video calls rely on third-party platforms. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use those tools.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes dependent on your exams, publications, employment, or legal matters. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

I may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when material updates are published. Continued use of the site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future bookings.
